What We Inspect...
Each and every aspect of the
interior and exterior of the
dwelling is visually inspected for
structural defects, deterioration
and safety issues. Exterior windows
and doors are visually inspected
for water infiltration,
verification of weather tight seals
and flashing. All interior and
exterior stairs, landing, and
guards are visually inspected.
Basement and crawl spaces are
visually inspected for water
infiltration, cracks, and/or

Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
